MSNBC's "Lockup" franchise will debut "Lockup World Tour: Israel" this Saturday night at 10 pm ET. This is the first Middle Eastern prison that "Lockup" has filmed in, and producers on the ground found that conditions in Israeli prisons were relatively comfortable. Families were often kept together, inmates' religious needs were respected, and the prisons put a great emphasis on inmate rehabilitation.
