On Monday, August 20 at noon ET, MSNBC’s “NOW with Alex Wagner” will air a special episode focused on women in politics, including a discussion of some of the most pressing issues facing women this election season. Special guests will include Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), fair pay advocate Lilly Ledbetter, Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren, Washington Post’s Sally Quinn, actress and women’s health advocate Gabrielle Union and others.
Topics for the show will include: Women in elected office, challenges facing female candidates, ensuring equal pay for equal work, and women’s healthcare concerns.
