Tamron Hall on Presidential Election Night 2012

In Tuesday's New York Post, NewsNation's Tamron Hall is dubbed "The Hardest Working Woman in TV News"! In it, she talks about how she got her start in the business and how she came to wok for MSNBC and NBC News.

Between anchoring her own MSNBC show, filling in for Today co-hosts and working on Investigation Discovery's new newsmagazine "Deadline: Crime with Tamron Hall", it's easy to call her the hardest working woman in TV!

"NewsNation" host, Tamron Hall is on the cover of this month's Las Vegas Black Image magazine to discuss her career, covering the 2012 election and so much more!  Referred to as "one of the breakout media starts of the campaign season," Tamron tells the magazine, "My philosophy is to try my best not to acknowledge challenges, because everyone has them. MSNBC's Tamron Hall and Melissa Harris-Perry are featured in Essence Magazine alongside Gayle King as "Conversation Starters" on the 2012 Style & Substance award winners list. Even though the three women host very different television shows, the one thing they have in common: "They love to unearth a good story."

NewsNation's Tamron Hall moderated a panel discussion for The Root's 'Young, Fabulous and Female' event in New York City Wednesday night. The discussion featured green advocate and radio-show host Majora Carter; architect and global head of design and construction at MetLife, Pamela Abalu; Black Girls Rock! founder and former DJ Beverly Bond and Demetria L. Lucas, author of A Belle in Brooklyn.

Tamron asked the panelists questions on their success, the challenges they faced as black women in the work place and gave the audience some great advice on how to follow their dreams!

MSNBC's Tamron Hall, host of "NewsNation" (weekdays at 2pm ET), has spoken out against domestic and dating violence on her show and at countless advocacy events across New York City. A few weeks ago, Tamron sat down with iVillage's Kelly Wallace to talk about it her experience with domestic violence, and explained why helping teach young people about abuse is so important to her. The iVillage piece was also used at the New York City Housing Authority's annual domestic violence fair, where Tamron spoke to hundreds of kids between the ages of 12-20 about how to identify and stop domestic and dating violence.
